Intellectual Property
While Vilio owns the interface and original content, **you retain full ownership of the resumes you create.** You grant us a limited license solely to host and process content to provide our building features.
Service Tiers & Management
Vilio offers various service tiers. Advanced features and workspace limits are managed via your web dashboard. Account upgrades are governed by the specific agreements provided on our web platform.
Liability & Jurisdiction
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. Vilio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the **laws of Morocco**. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the **courts in Casablanca**.
